At CO BLANC, we strive to meet our customers’ satisfaction and respect all the time. At times a return or an exchange may be deemed necessary when the goods purchased is not at your expectation or satisfaction. When a return or exchange is made, we CO BLANC will be at your service and adhere to the return and refund policy at all times.
 
Return
Return are accepted if you notify us via email (hello@co-blanc.com) and return the item to us within 14 days. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by buyer, or from wear and tear. Please DO NOT return any item(s) before receiving a return confirmation e-mail from us.
 
Once we have received your return parcel, we shall notify you via your registered email. After we have received and verified the return item, we would refund back the specific amount via online banking. This process would be take approximately 7 business days. To speed up the return process, please attach your receipt or proof of purchase, bank account number, together with images showing different angle (eg. defect angle) and email to hello@co-blanc.com.

  1. Return products must be in complete/original packing and all tags are not to be removed. Product return stained, washed or used will NOT be eligible for return.
  2. CO BLANC decision is final on any return case and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  3. CO BLANC reserved the right to cancel or terminate the order if the purchase behavior by the customer is seen to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
  4. CO BLANC do not accept returns of, or refunds unless it is defective or a wrong item sent.
  5. All risks in shipping the item(s) to CO BLANC shall be borne by you. CO BLANC shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item(s) which is being returned to us.
  6. Purchased items via online STRICTLY NO returnable or refundable from any CO BLANC retail counters at major departmental stores.
  7. Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance condition met as below:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Wrong Item Delivered
    • Missing Part
 
Exchange
  • Normal Price items are exchangeable within 14 days. Start from date of purchase which stated at original receipt.
  • STRICTLY NO exchange for promotional items after the relevant promotion period.
  • STRICTLY NO exchange for best buy/value buy items.
  • Exchange Item must be in original condition.
  • CO BLANC reserved the right to refuse any exchange.
